Alexis Ren Fitness/Diet Guide

Alexis Ren has really become a big deal in the last couple months. I’ve been a fan of her for a very long time so watching her social media numbers explode and her gaining popularity has been awesome. Also, let’s be real… her body is amazing!

Aside from some kick ass genetics, she also follows a very healthy diet and works out regularly.

Aside form having an epic body, she is also very beautiful. Recently there has been a little controversy regarding her body. She has lost a little weight over the summer while traveling and some attribute it to an eating disorder. I cannot say she dose have one or does not have one since I do not know her personally but I know from experience it is easy to lose fat while being active and eating right. Also sometimes traveling can cause weight gain since flights and long car rides can make you feel a little sick or you forget to eat. Here is a picture of her very recently after her weight loss. (By no means was she fat before, but she got a little skinnier)

Anyways, I have spent hours researching how she gets/maintains her killer bod, and this is what I have found and compiled for your reading!

Some kitchen/pantry must haves for Alexis are:

  • Almond Milk
  • Vegan Protein Powder
  • Avocado
  • Fruit (Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Papaya)
  • Almonds
  • Kale Chips

Some of Alexis’ favorite healthy snacks are:

  • Carrots and Hummus
  • Apples and Almond Butter
  • Trail Mix (Generally Raw and with no M&M’s)
  • Perfect Bars (The Purple Ones are her Favorite)

Diet Outlines:

  • Drink 2 LΒ of Water a Day
  • Try Not to Eat After 7pm
  • Unlimited Veggies!
  • Lemon and Honey in Warm Water Helps Digestion
  • NO Bread
  • NO Fast Food
  • NO Red Meat
  • NO Alcohol
  • Very Little Sugar (Aside from Fruit)
  • No Fruit After Lunch (Aside from Papaya)

What Does Alexis Drink:

  • Tons of Water
  • Coffee (Almond Milk and Stevia)
  • More Water
  • Smoothies
  • Tea (Unsweetened or with Stevia/Honey)
  • Fresh Juices

She tries to eat a lot of raw foods (fruits and veggies) and organic when she can. She says she doesn’t count calories (who knows if she portion controls or not) but mainly I believe she eats until she is satisfied. Alexis does eat meat, dairy, and eggs, but she keeps her consumption pretty low since she eats a lot of vegan snacks/meals.

Breakfast for her can include a kale/spinach scramble (egg whites), a vegan protein shake, yoghurt (soy, coconut, or greek) with almond butter, fruit, and/or granola.

Lunch is often a salad or wrap. She likes to dress her salads with lemon and pepper.

For dinner she eats soups, veggies burgers wrapped in lettuce with avocado, big salads, or other healthy meals like veggies/grain bowls or sushi.

Cheat days!?!?!

She does occasionally have a “cheat day” where she will eat a little naughtier than usual. She loves french toast and turkey bacon. She also likes to eat banana ice cream (frozen bananas and almond milk blended) and Chipotle!

Now… you can’t get a banging bod just by eating well, a big part of it is exercise. Alexis works out 5-7 days a week for 1-2 hours. She likes to work out in the mornings, before breakfast at 6am or after breakfast at 10am.

Her favorite workouts include:

  • Hiking
  • Walking/Running
  • Self Defense/Boxing
  • Pilates
  • Hot Yoga (Bikram)

She works out a lot so if you cannot manage to work out as often it’s okay. Also, before you beat yourself up over the fact that her waist is teeny tiny and yours isn’t, even when you eat well and work out, remember that every body is different. Just because you follow this guide to a T does not mean you will look exactly like her. You were born to look like you and that is wonderful. Embrace it and love yourself! I hope everyone enjoyed this guide!

    1. I totally agree, I’m just sharing her diet plan because a lot of people really want to know. I never stated that any one should follow this guide to a T if they want to maximize health and look their best, it’s literally just a guide to her diet and fitness just like the title says. Thanks for your input and comment though, I appreciate all feedback.

    1. I’m sorry my dear, I’m not sure I understand your question? If you are implying that carbs make you fat or that flour has fat in it…. I’m not sure where you’re getting your information and I’m afraid it’s incorrect. The amount of fat in flour is tiny like the amount of fat in a fruit, vegetable, or legume. Also carbs do not make you fat, they are an important energy source and an important part of a balanced diet.

  1. Hi, i want to follow some advices from this page, but i want to know if i only have to eat fruits after the lunch, just after ?, can you mention me more snacks please ?

    1. Hummus and carrots, rice crackers and avocado, rice cakes, apples and peanut butter, dried fruit, cut up veggies, smoothies, popcorn w olive oil, salt, and pepper, pretzles and peanut butter, hope that helped πŸ™‚

  2. Hi hanna, this really helped and I loved reading it, I was wondering if you could do some more guides? Maybe on Inka Williams or Taylor Hill? Someone like that? 😊

    1. Tortillas would be fine, there are many healthy alternatives (sprouted, whole wheat, or spinach), but a tortilla isn’t that bad for you so if you want to use one I’m sure it would be fine.
