Savannah Montano Diet/Fitness Guide (Vegan)

Savannah Montano recently went vegan!!! She claimed that since she’s gone vegan she’s even lost five pounds… which who knew she had five pounds to lose, but good for her. It’s no secret that she has a fantastic body, but the secret everyone is dying to know is how she gets it. Also my new diet plan draws a lot of inspiration from her body and diet so if you are interested in a meal plan similar to hers, it’s available here.

Now she eats a plant based diet.

Easy breakfasts as a vegan or plant based eater are smoothies. Savannah and her boyfriend Jay love smoothies.

An easy smoothie recipe that’s “Savannah Diet Approved” is

  • Banana
  • Almond Milk
  • Acai Powder/Purre
  • Frozen Blueberries

Savannah can eat meals like salads (high vegan protein salads), veggie burgers, and soups for an easy lunch or dinner.

These meals will generally be low in oil and salt, and full of organic veggies.

There are tons of other things that healthy fit vegans can eat… like veggie sushi (cucumber, avocado, veggie rolls), sandwiches, and things like waffles, pancakes, and scrambles (tofu).

Quick Vegan Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 pieces whole grain bread
  • Hummus spread on the bread
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sprouts
  • Cucumber slices
  • Avocado slices
  • Mixed greens

Here’s a quick shopping list full of Savannah approved foods.

  • Fresh berries
  • Corn chips
  • Avocado
  • Salsa/Guac
  • Bananas
  • Vegan protein powder
  • Tofu/Tempeh
  • Almonds

Going vegan is great for your body, skin, hair, mind, the environment, the animals, etc. It’s not always easy right away, but overall it’s worth it! Comment if you think anything needs to be added, thanks for reading!

Organic French Toast Recipe

All that you require for this delicious french toast recipe is

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Bread
  • Fruit (frozen berries or fresh strawberries)
  • Pure maple syrup

Egg Dip – ¾ cup almond milk, 2 eggs, 1tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dip the bread in the egg batter, let it soak for 5-10 seconds.
  • Put some vegan butter or coconut oil on the pan and cook each side of the bread for 2-4 minutes depending on how well done you like your toast and how hot the pan is.

Slice Strawberries or microwave frozen berries until they are hot berries in a juice (sounds weird but it’s really yummy)

Top pure maple syrup and berries

Although this is not the healthiest of meal choices, (since it contains eggs) a small amount of egg in your diet won’t be detrimental if it’s a rare occurrence.

I am working on a vegan version of this french toast, but for now all I have is a vegetarian friendly recipe.

Alexis Ren Workout + Playlist

Recently Alexis has been showing off her rockin’ bod on instagram in some new quick work out videos… here, here, and here are a couple clips. All these new videos have inspired me to put out a little routine and a fun playlist for all you Alexis Ren fans.

Alexis isn’t worried about adding a little weight to her workout or using some TRX straps, and you shouldn’t be either. Weights won’t make you bulky and you actually should incorporate them. If you are afraid of getting bulky, don’t worry about it… that requires a large amount of weight to be lifted many times, over a long period of time, mixed with a high protein diet, not a lot of cardio and well… don’t worry it’s very difficult to get that way “accidentally”.

  • 15 kettle bell squats (30-50 pounds)
  • 15 push ups
  • 15 elevated leg squats (both sides)
  • 10 minutes running (6 mph)
  • 2 minute plank (touch knees to elbows *switch back and forth*)
  • 10 dead lifts w/ 40 lb. bar

Repeat Twice

  • 15 squat jumps
  • 10 sumo squats
  • 30 bicep curls w/ 5 lb. (each arm)
  • 30 Suitcase crunches (modify by bending knees and arms)
  • 5 minutes running (7.5 mph)
  • 30 crunches
