Savannah Montano recently went vegan!!! She claimed that since she’s gone vegan she’s even lost five pounds… which who knew she had five pounds to lose, but good for her. It’s no secret that she has a fantastic body, but the secret everyone is dying to know is how she gets it. Also my new diet plan draws a lot of inspiration from her body and diet so if you are interested in a meal plan similar to hers, it’s available here.
Now she eats a plant based diet.
Easy breakfasts as a vegan or plant based eater are smoothies. Savannah and her boyfriend Jay love smoothies.
An easy smoothie recipe that’s “Savannah Diet Approved” is
- Almond Milk
- Acai Powder/Purre
- Frozen Blueberries
These meals will generally be low in oil and salt, and full of organic veggies.
There are tons of other things that healthy fit vegans can eat… like veggie sushi (cucumber, avocado, veggie rolls), sandwiches, and things like waffles, pancakes, and scrambles (tofu).
Quick Vegan Sandwich Recipe
- 2 pieces whole grain bread
- Hummus spread on the bread
- Sliced red onion
- Cucumber slices
- Avocado slices
- Mixed greens
