Kylie Jenner Diet Guide

It’s no secret that Kylie Jenner has a bangin body. You can’t turn a corner without seeing it all over a magazine or turn on an electronic device with out seeing her booty flashing all over your screen.

Diet Guidelines

  • No Dairy
  • No Sugary Drinks
  • Drink Lots of Water
  • Incorporate Veggies in two meals a day

An average day for Kylie looks a little like this.

Breakfast: Avocado toast or Oatmeal

Snack: Smoothie (Fruit, nut milk, hemp seeds/chia seeds, banana/coconut meat)

Lunch: Mexican food or Chicken and green bean salad

Snack: A cold pressed juice

Dinner: Sushi, Fried Rice, or Pasta with chicken and veggies

She eats five meals or snacks a day to ensure she stays full and can stick to the healthier stuff, and also keep her metabolism running well.


Kylie lives a very busy life, up bright and early in the morning to take care of work until night when she gets home from fancy dinners. This doesn’t leave much time for exercise, but she says occasionally she’ll work out with her sisters when they have a session already planned.

Kylie used to be a cheerleader and participate in Track and Field so she has an athletic base and she is genetically blessed since her father is an olympian.

But genetics aside… let’s address what we’re all thinking. Plastic surgery?

Yes… it’s very very likely that she got plastic surgery or some sort of cosmetic fat grafting to look the way she does. I think if you want to change something about yourself then you should, so good for her. But remember, her body is not “real”. She used to have a very normal body shape, just like any other girl but chefs, trainers, and doctors have altered her body into a vision of perfection. Do not feel bad if you cannot achieve results like Kylie just by following a similar diet plan. Everyone has a different body type… heck Kylie doesn’t even have that body type, so don’t feel bad.


Although Kylie’s body cannot be totally credited to her genetics (or credited at all to her genetics) she still does have to maintain it. Her healthy diet and busy lifestyle is what keeps her in tip top shape and can keep you in tip top shape as well.

Quick and Healthy Summer Dinner

Summers are great for fresh veggies, cookouts, yummy light food, and delicious fruity drinks. My favorite quick summer dinner is honey garlic noodles with baked paprika (tofu/chicken/any protein of your choice)  and a warm veggie salad.Screen Shot 2016-08-12 at 10.53.21 AM

My veggies consist of

  • Red bell pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Sweet Corn
  • Yellow onion
  • Tbs. Olive oil
  • Pinch Raw cane sugar
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper
  • Pinch Paprika

Cook em’ up in a pan and serve alone or as a side. This combo is delicious, and quick!

My quick summer pasta is just linguini noodles olive oil, honey, chopped garlic, red pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. The protein is seasoned and baked with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper, thyme, and a pinch of brown sugar. Toss everything in a bowl and there’s food for everyone!

Vegan Latte + Vegan Chai Recipe

I am a coffee drinker, but I also love me some tea! Especially Chai. I love spicy soy chais sweetened with honey or stevia… but add a shot of coffee and it’s pure magic.

I recently discovered how to make the best homemade vegan latte and I wanted to share it! (Also follow my instagram – @hanaresch)


  • 16 oz. Freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tbs. soy coffee creamer
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • Stevia to taste

I swear by this recipe! It’s a healthy version of a delicious drink but the taste rivals the unhealthy original version.

Next is my “dirty chai” recipe.


  • 16 0z. concentrated brewed chai tea
  • (optional) 1 tsp. chai spice blend
  • 1/3 cup soy milk or soy creamer
  • 1 shot espresso
  • stevia/sugar/honey to taste
